1. Agreement and service
These Terms are an agreement between you and Anushil Ghosh Dastidar, an individual operating Socio from India (“Socio”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Socio, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Socio for someone else, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
Socio is an independent software product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or guaranteed by Meta or Instagram.
2. Your account and responsibilities
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and connect only Instagram accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for your automation settings, content, links, offers, and every action made through your connected account.
You must comply with Meta’s and Instagram’s current terms, policies, API rules, community standards, and applicable law. Do not use Socio for spam, unsolicited outreach, deception, unlawful content, or messages outside platform-authorized windows and limits.
3. Content and third-party platforms
You retain ownership of the content and data you provide. You give Socio the limited permission to host, process, and transmit it only to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. Instagram and other platforms control their APIs, policies, availability, and delivery rules, so Socio cannot guarantee that an automation, private reply, or connection will always be available or delivered.
4. Fees, suspension, and termination
Socio is currently offered as an MVP without paid plans. If we introduce paid features, we will show the applicable price and billing terms before charging you. You may stop using Socio at any time. We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or platform rules, address security risks, or enforce these Terms.
5. Disclaimers, changes, and contact
Socio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, business results, engagement, revenue, or future availability of third-party integrations. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
We may update these Terms by posting an updated version and changing the effective date. Account deletion is described on the Data Deletion page. Questions can be sent to hi@heysocio.co.in.
